3.1 Service Description

SiteCue offers a UX (user experience) and SEO (search engine optimization) audit service for websites. The audit analyzes your site's performance, accessibility, design, and search rankings, then generates a detailed report with actionable recommendations.

3.2 Pricing

The audit is priced at €9.90 (tax included) per website analyzed. This is a one-time payment — no subscription, no commitment.

3.3 Payment Method

Payment is made online by credit card through the secure Stripe platform. Payment is charged immediately upon order. SiteCue does not store any banking information — all financial data is processed exclusively by Stripe.

3.4 Service Delivery

The audit is generated automatically and sent by email to the address provided during the order. Delivery time is approximately 2 minutes after payment confirmation.

3.5 Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason or pay any penalties.

To exercise this right, contact us at contact@sitecue.com with your order email address. The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving your request, using the same payment method as the original order.

3.6 Refunds

Outside the withdrawal period, a refund may be granted in the event of a verified service malfunction (audit not delivered, technical error preventing report generation). Contact us at contact@sitecue.com for any claims.

When using the service, SiteCue collects only the following data:
